CMS Difficulties upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4
 

When i upload all the files from the patch, overwriting others, i get the following error when i try to access main page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bootstrap_framework() in /home/user/public_html/forum/packages/vbcms/permissions.php on line 64

After i run through the install and all instructions, i get no new features in the AdminCP even though it says i'm running the 4.0.4 version, and i continue to get the previously mentioned error.

Please help.
