Forum Image attachements not showing always
 

Hello,
I have a problem with image attachements.
Members upload images (in-size-limix, pixel- and byte-wise).

Attachements are inserted into post with the INLINE button. The problem is that sometimes the attachements are displayed as thumbnails (expected behavior), other as links "Attachment 342", and other times as broken links (ie like before but they don't work).

Attachements are stored in the db (tried also on filesystem, no difference). Thumbnails are enabled, with use of imagemagick (correct PATH set).

Any ideas?
The most confusing part is the the problem is occuring randomly (ie I upload 5 attachements 1 doesn't work).

Had this ever since 1st release (now on 4.0.4 PL1).
