Forum Guests cant view tags page
 

Guests cant view the tags page and they get "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

Only registered members can see the content of the tags page.

Even though i have set Tag Cloud: Build Usergroup to "No permission check"

Can anyone help so that the guests can also view the tags page content.
