Forum Internal Server Error while adding plugin
 

Just installed 4.0.4 Patch 1

Added BlueHaze skin
Added mods - Downloads II, Media Library and the Say Thanks mod

All of the above was smooth, no manual edits to any files.

Trying to add the mod "vBulletin to Twitter". Went to create one plugin for this mod to work and while saving the plugin , showing an internal server error.

Can anybody help ?
