Forum how to enable Who is online before the footer?
 

i am administrating a site whose styler manager have deleted the who is online section...(which is under What´s going on bar..under the index of forums)

how can i enable it? do i need to revert a template (the only modify templates of the skin are header and headerinclude..nothing else)
