Forum NavBar Addition
 

I'd like to add a navbar button, with corresponding links, such as the "Forum" button, with "new posts","Private messages", etc.

Additionally, I only want this button to appear for members of certain user group.

I would appreciate any directions to mods, or articles that might be able to assist me.
