"Cannot connect to the server"
 

I have a few users who cannot access my forum. They can get on from their phone or work computer. It's as if they've been blocked, but I have not blocked them (which is what one of their ISPs told them).

They've tried clearing their cache, unplugging the router, etc. Nothing works.

Any ideas?
