How did you solve the 404 errors?

Is it possible with 301 redirects? Not just threads but forum category links too...

for example on vbseo settings the url was:
mysite.com/forums/general-forum

how can I redirect that url to the new vb4 friendly url?

same goes for threads but I guess that would be more tricky?

ps: im using Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs on vb4.0.4
