Can vBulletin do this?
 

I want to create a simple forum. Although I want to also be able to have users input their accomplishments and present a page showing a ranked order. Specifically, a geocaching forum where the users can designate which caches they have found (to be verified by an admin). Then I want to display a ranked and sortable ordering of results. Like a list of most caches found in total, the most caches found in California etc. etc.

Can this software do this?
