Forum Extra Navbar Buttons
 

How do I add extra buttons to the navbar, for example, Home, Forum, Blog, and What's New?

I have the code for some of them, but I can't figure out where to put them. They are links that direct you to another website. I tried adding as a plugin, but did not see any hook locations that applied, or looked like they applied.
