CMS What is permissions preview?
 

When editing an article, there is a permissions preview option.

Next to it is a questionmark icon, but when I click on that icon nothing happens.

I have tried permissions Preview on and off, and I can't figure out any difference.

Can someone please tell me what this is (I looked in the manual but it's not there)
