Forum Upgrade Problem
 

I just went through all the steps to upgrade from 3.7.4 to 4.0 and the very last step tried to go to my admincp and said this:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

Please help as I need to get my forum back online asap. I submitted a ticket but they haven't responded yet. Thanks in advance if someone knows how to fix this.
