Blog function on 3.8.4 PL2?
 

Can you add a Blog function to a VBulletin Forum running 3.8.4 PL 2?

My friends heading to Afghanistan soon, and he sorta asked me if I could do this for his forum, as it would be the easiest way for him to keep us posted. But I have found nothing about it for this version. Is it even possible?
