vB4 Moving the sidebar collapse/expand button?
 

Is there a way I can move the sidebar collapse/expand button away from the sides of the forum and perhaps above the sidebar (like how IPB has it?).

I'm trying to make a 100% width layout and the positioning of the button means a horizontal scrollbar is always added because the button bushes the layout out.

I'm not sure if the coding for the button is in a template or a file.
