Forum Problem with Navbar in Custom Style
 

I've just upgraded from vBulletin 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 and since my Navbar has gone out of place in my custom style. Here's a screenshot of my forum as it is now:

As you can see, the navbar's placement looks pretty awkward. It should be at the bottom of the header.

How can I fix this (put the navbar at the bottom of the header)?
