Suite Illegal mix of collations error on step 9 install .... help!
 

Help!

Getting stuck on Step 9 of the install (see error below)....my db guy has gone through and tried to change everything over to utf8_general_ci and he is sure he has found them all (maybe not) but I still get the same error about utf8_general_ci and utf8_unicode_ci.

It looks like byt_package, byt_product and byt_contenttype tables are the offenders and he has scoured them well. He has also searched for other places for the "utf8_unicode_ci" and has replaced any he could find.

All plug-ins were disabled before the upgrade was started. Host Gator is the host (if that matters).

Any ideas? Are there some temp/hidden files/settings that we are missing?
