Forum Site slow - Banned IP's?
 

My site started being really, really slow yesterday and my host said there was a Bot that was running too many queries and they blocked that IP and a few others. It's a bit faster, but still slower than it should be.

It was up to 30+ seconds for a page to load! now it's about 5-10 seconds, which is still disturbing.

Is there any IP's I should definitely put on the ban list so they don't slow down my site?:confused::confused::confused::confused:
