Mod permissions to approve access to specific forums?
 

I have 50 state groups with 50 State directors/mods. I would like to set it up so that anyone wanting to access a specific state forum needs to apply. After the user applies, I would like to have the state director/mod be able to approve or deny that person. Is this even a possibility?
