CMS Basic Friendly URLs do not work in Cyrillic
 

still problems with Cyrillic in CMS.
When Standard URLs, links in CMS with long titles in Cyrillic do not work in Internet Explorer.
because their type is Basic Friendly URLs.

Give idea of how to handle these problems.
Can I give Advanced Friendly URLs only CMS because Basic Friendly URLs do not work and in the forum.

Advanced Friendly URLs decision is so things work.
