Forum Users can only upload pictures from URL
 

Hello!

I want my users to be able to upload pictures in a blog post, forum thread, comments etc, from their computer. Now they are only presented with the option to upload via URL.

I have the Asset manager - Enable --> Yes, Ajax Upload by default.

As an administrator I'm presented with the option to upload via computer, and on this site even though I'm a user.

I know that a user can fix this themself by checking a box, but I want this to be standard for all the users.
