Forum Need help Upgrading Forums from 3.8.5 to 4.0.4
 

When I attempt to upgrade my forums from 3.8.5 to 4.0.4, the upgrade appears to complete successfully in every aspect. I can get into admincp without any problem, but the site looks terrible- css appears to be all messed up (see attached image).

Any ideas??? I've done this several times now, with the same result. All plugins & products have been disabled.
