CMS CMS Layout Has Gone Funny, Following Upgrade to 4.0.4
 

I'm not sure if its a bug or if I've uploaded files wrong, or what, but if you look at the attachments I've added to this post, you'll notice straight away what is wrong haha

Via the ACP, I've clicked on Advertising > Manage Ads. And the settings are that the Ad is 'global' and that it is 'above footer'. On the forum, it sits just fine and where I want it, but since upgrading, it now sits dodgy on my homepage.

Also since upgrading, my homepage no longer automatically resizes images for me!! :(
