CMS Any disadvantage to 'blogging' with the CMS instead of the blog?
 

The CMS allows you to use different styles based on the section, the blog will not let you do this by author.

I need to have different styles for each blogger.

Is there any disadvantage to giving each author a customized section vs having them write in the blog?

I also strongly dislike separating the sites content with blogs. In addition to that the grid/layout system allows much more flexibility for sponsorship.

Any thoughts?
