CMS Huge empty blocks of space above articles

All our articles are appearing with an ugly block of empty space between the article title, and the actual content.

Is anybody else experiencing this problem? I would like to fix it, but have no idea how...

ETA: This has only just started happening since upgrading to 4.0.4 yesterday.
