Forum Random double posts since installing 4.0.4
 

Hey guys,

Ever since installing 4.0.4 this morning, I've been having problems where users' posts are randomly duplicated. Sometimes when you click to submit the post it will post once, sometimes it will double post. Any ideas on what I can do to troubleshoot?
