Suite Problem upgrade 4.03->4.0.4
 

Hi,
I upgraded from version 4.0.3 and during the upgrade I returned file not found, looking in the browser bar link was missing part ...forum / install but always went to the root of the forum.
I had the whole phase-enter by hand the missing part, however, I arrived at the end of the upgrade.

But now in Admincp happens during changes in settings I'll be back this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
