Visitors Messages Showing as unread
 

Hi there,

We seem to have a problem with suddenly visitors messages showing as unread when they are read.

Is there a query like this one where I can mark them all read by user?


This is one that Jake wrote for marking Social Group Messages read.
UPDATE user
SET gmmoderatedcount = 0
WHERE userid = X
