CMS CMS displays different theme than rest of site
 

I upgraded from 3.8 to 4.0.4 yesterday, including moving from vbAdvanced CMPS to the new vB4 CMS (tried to) and I can not get the CMS home page to look right. In fact it looks like it's showing an old theme (it's using a header logo that I've not seen in 4 years!).

Is this a known problem or am I the lucky one that found it?

* I did not get the demo data (whatever it's called) loaded into the CMS, does that have anything to do with it? If so, how do I get it added back into the system?
