upgrade to 1.7.0 from unknown version
 

I am attempting to rebuild a site which was damaged by an upgrade bu the hosting company. I do not know the old phpws version, it appears to have been partially upgraded manually. It appears all the content is still there.
We have moved to old installation and database to a new host and would like to migrate it to the current version of phpws. I can get a fresh install but don't know how to migrate the content and data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
