CMS Blank FAQ Page & Misaligned "Like" Button
 

I have two issues since upgrading to VB 4.0.4.

Issue #1

My FAQ page is blank; entirely white, nothing but white.

Issue #2

When I turn on star ratings for CMS articles, the Facebook "like" button is misaligned into the centre.

I have only 1 product installed; vbseo. I have tried disabling it, but the issues still remain. I haven't made any template edits, we use a custom style but the default VB style still has the same issues.
