This one drives me crazy and it's really a major problem that's gone ignored. If you click on reply at the end of someone's post, you see the quick reply box. Like most end users, you start typing away. Here's the where the problem lies.

At that point, there is a big button to +REPLY TO THREAD. The natural instinct is to click that button. Once you do, you lose your post. The proper way is to hit the smaller Post Quick Reply.

Once you click on the 'reply' button, that +REPLY TO THREAD should not appear or it should post your message. Right now, it deletes what you've typed and puts you back into Quick Reply.
