Forum database error after upgrading to 4.0.4
 

I have just upgraded to 4.0.4 and am getting the following error

Database error in vBulletin 4.0.4:

Invalid SQL:

SELECT COUNT(*) AS count
FROM attachment AS attachment
INNER JOIN post AS post USING (postid)
WHERE attachment.visible = 0;

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'postid' in 'from clause'

I have disabled hooks in the config.php file and when I run the suspect file diagnostics I come up with over 50 results. Some say "File does not contain expected contents" others say "File not recognized as part of vbulletin" I ran the update.php three times, re-uploaded all of the files to my server and thought I removed all of the files from the older versions. Maybe I didn't? I'm assuming that's why I'm getting the "does not contain expected contents" errors?
