Forum vBulletin 4.0.4 Error with member profiles (VBSEO powered)

all the member profile pages are not working.

you can see the error message on the link above.

i have asked for support on the vbseo forum as well in case its related to vbseo.

it seems to be talking about some package (4). what does it refer to?
