Forum vB 4.03 Upgraded OK, Now Dead with Slow Loads and No Styles
 

After upgrade from 3.85 to 4.03 everything seemed to be going fine for last 3-4 days when we edited forum headers and posted new messages and everything seemed to be fine until today. Few hours ago, the following problem occurred without any change of configuration or change in files. A couple of new users have registered since the upgrade was made public.


1. When accessed the forum loads really, really slowly taking about 15-20 seconds to download the forum home page at forum.php. (We are not using the CMS and Blog at this time, hence those plug-ins are disabled).

2. None of the styles are there, and the forum appears as in first generation HTML with NOTHING accessible or usable. Here is how the page looks like as seen on its home page: http://tinyurl.com/29yjuz5.
