Forum album and attachment system not funtion as it should in 4.0.4
 

after upgradeing to 4.0.4 i face that most of the attachment picture in album or in the post
are not working ,,, can't upload any picture coz all return in error

even if i stop the safe mode on the server or turn it on ,,, it wont work

the /tmp is 777 just in case to let u know

and even if iwant to rebuild my attachment it give me error about safe mode is effected

and soo on,,,

wish u to solve it asap
