CMS Non-Admins cannot see ARTICLES in the VBCMS_COMMENTS - worked before 4.0.4
 

Admin users are not affected.

Registered users can no longer view "articles" generated from CMS stored in the VBCMS_COMMENTS forum.

I've double and TRIPLE checked permissions - EVERYTHING looks right.

Please, any help appreciated ... the CMS is a cornerstone to our site - and people aren't able to see things as they could just yesterday.
