Forum showgroups.php
 

Under the forum leaders link which takes you to www.yoursite.com/showgroups.php it lists one of my Moderators at the top above every every other usergroup along with the forums they moderate, and then again at the bottom of the page. I looked through some other sites running 4.0.x but I don't see anyone else having the same issue.
