Forum User's DST setting off
 

I have a user from Canada that is showing 2 hours behind me when she is only an hour behind. It showed correctly for her in 4.0.3 but the only way it will show the right time now is if she enables DST Always On. The automatic DST setting doesn't work for her now. Any idea why?
