Forum Facebook connect no longer working after upgrade
 

Prior to upgrading to 4.0.4, Facebook Connect worked fine. Since upgrading, the Facebook Connect button no longer appears. I have entered the Facebook App ID, enabled the Facebook platform and set all the 'Publish to Facebook' options to 'yes'.

What has gone wrong?
