Using IP to link multiple user accounts
 

Hello, I currently use Invisionboard and am considering buying vBulletin but have a few questions to ask.

1.) When a person registers for a forum account, am I able to detect their IP address?

2.) When a person logs in from point A, am I able to track down that specific IP address? And if he logs in at point B the next day, am I also able to track down that specific IP address?

3.) Is there an automated system within vBulletin for detecting multiple users that register under the same IP address?
