Forum User reputation question
 

Can someone explain how the user reputation system works based on post count.
I imported a phpbb board into VB and some of my users have high post counts.
I have activated the reputation system and I assume I will have to manually give reputation points to the members since everyone is equal right now?
Is there a way to give mass points based on usergroups besides using promotions?
