Forum Blog and CMS missing after upgrade
 

I tried to upgrade my test site from 3.8.4 to vb 4.0.3....after the successfully upgrade I couldn't find CMS and Blog links on the navbar.....

But when i do a fresh installation...I get all the features including CMS and Blogs available.

Can anybody assist me on how to enable CMS and Blogs on upgraded forum
