Forum Lost password email getting 'lost'
 

On my forum, people need to validate their accounts when they register, and I can receive the test email sent from the admincp, so I know our mail system is working.
However I have gotten TONS of complaints that the lost password button is not sending people emails, How can I troubleshoot this? Thanks!
