not following through to premium after getting payment
 

For some reason this has just started happening

When free member pay for Premium membership I get paid- it go's to my paypal account but the free member does not get reinstated as a Premium member automatically as they use to, I have to do it manually

I don't think I made any changes for this to happen?

Can you please help?
