Forum Weird...Can't turn forum off
 

Wanted to make a few changes so went into the admincp to turn the forum off and even though I click "no" to "forum active" the forum stays online.

Normally I'll get a "forums are offline" sign at the top of the forum and only admin can see the board but it's not happening...nothing is, the board is online and active with members.

Was fine last week, have added nothing since last time I tried it.

Ideas?
