CMS Search and replace in ACP
 

It is not clear to me from ACP and ACP help if the filters in "Search In Prases" are also applied also on "Find and Replace in Languages"? Or if Replace is global, no filters? So it i slightly scary to hit the Replace button.

Which dB tables should I back up in case I need to restore?
