CMS Section Widget and Permissions Conflict?
 

I am using the Section widget and I've set the top most section to allow everyone but banned users to read all content.

However the Section widget doesnt show the '+' signs. I can click one of the section names and get the page I want to see, however if I then click to a section one level deeper, it tells me that I am not registered and cant see the page.

I'd like any user except a Banned user to be able to read all sections and have the Section widget display the '+' sign and allow complete viewing and complete traversal.

Am I missing something? Do I have the permissions set incorrectly?
