vBulletin blog on Facebook via RSS
 

I run several vBulletin forum installations. I have a Facebook fan page set up to show my vBulletin blog on one of my sites; here is the RSS feed:

Here is the Facebook page:

I have two questions:

a) Maybe it's a Facebook issue, but it can take several days before a blog update to appear on my Facebook page - is this normal?

b) I would prefer to show only an excerpt (just a few lines) of my blog updates to drive traffic to my site. Can this be done, and how?
