Forum anyway to reference attachments?
 

Right now I load PDF files to my website and reference them for display in articles. If i use attachment manager I can upload them from my computer as attachments. Is there some way to reference that attachment address for display? Seems reasonable.

Look at another way; say I upload an image in a forum as an attachment. Is there any way to reference that in another forum or article for an "insert image" URL?
