Does SEO & Web Directories Really Help Increase Traffic ...?
 

I'm trying to increase traffic to my website ... so I'm curious if submitting my info to web directories ... and all this SEO stuff ... does it really help ...?
Been starting to use a service (free) that is supposed to help me

If not ... what else should I try?

We have a "Stock & Options Tips" Forum ... with about 100 members now. We have activity, best is in the ChatBox discussing fast-moving stocks.
